PURPOSE: A steering control apparatus of an automobile is provided to precisely control steering force of the running automobile without operation of a driver by driving a motor connected with a steering shaft with sensing car speed, steering direction, and steering torque. CONSTITUTION: A steering control apparatus of an automobile having a steering shaft(12) transmitting operational force of a steering handle(10) to a steering gear includes a sensing element(70) sensing direction and speed of wind applied to the running automobile, a control element(80) comparing direction and speed of wind sensed by the sensing element with preliminarily set speed for outputting a control signal to control rotary force of the steering shaft, and a motor(90) rotating the steering shaft according to the control signal from the control element for controlling the steering force.
