PURPOSE: A noxious insect debugger is provided to kill the noxious insects using electric shock after attracting the insects while eliminating the insects using magnetic field formed near the debugger. CONSTITUTION: The noxious insect debugger comprises a magnetic field generator(100) and an electric shock device(200). The magnetic field generator(100) consists of a rectifier(1), an operation controller(2), a photocoupler(5), a triac(6), a magnetic coil(L) and an LED(LED1) to irregularly generates magnetic fields. The electric shock device(200) consists a transformer(8), a rectifier(9), a switch(SW), an oscillator(10), LEDs(LED2,LED3), an ignitor(11) and electrode plates(12a,12b). The magnetic field generator(100) and the electric shock device(200) are simultaneously connected to a power supply(7) to eliminates the noxious insects using both the magnetic fields and the electric shock.
