PURPOSE: A wool tape producing device for flow visualization is provided to easily produce a wool tape by automatically cutting wool in regular length and by attaching the wool to a Scotch tape at regular intervals when the Scotch tape is pulled. CONSTITUTION: A wool tape producing device(1) consists of: a wool reel(10) feeding wool(101); a tape reel(20) feeding a Scotch tape(103); and a wool tape producing roller(30) cutting the wool in regular length and attaching the wool to the Scotch tape at regular intervals. The wool tape producing roller comprises an outer rotor(31) connected to the tape reel with a holder(32); a fixer containing a cutter cutting the wool wound on the outer rotor and an attacher attaching the wool to the Scotch tape passing through the outer rotor; an inner rotor applying or separating the turning force from the outer rotor through an internal gear and an external gear with an operating pin for the cutter and the attacher; and a spring inversely rotating the inner rotor when the turning force from the outer rotor is separated.
