PURPOSE: A door weather strip fixing structure prevents deterioration of door sealing so as to hinder dust and noise from flowing in a car. CONSTITUTION: An engaging clip(30) fixed to a door panel(10) to the inner side direction of a weather strip(20) is connected with the inner side wall surface of the weather strip(20). The door weather strip fixing structure with the engaging clip(30) connecting the weather strip(20) with the door panel(10) to the direction of the inner side thereof so as to prevent the weather strip(20) from being turned inside out when opening or closing a door and as a consequence deterioration of door sealing thereby hindering dust and noise from flowing in a car.
