PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricity imparting member device where good lubricity can be indicated on a surface of a photoreceptor without generating any scratch, etc., on the surface of the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the device, a structure where a lubricity imparting member, a 1st elastic member and a 2nd elastic member are laminated in this order is provided and compressibility of the 1st elastic member is made to be greater than the compressibility of the 2nd elastic member.
