PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of surely detecting a trouble due to a contact failure of a contact part between a sensor part and a control part. SOLUTION: The sensor part 20 for detecting the dynamic quantity and the control part 10 for processing the sensor output VOE output from the sensor part 20 through an output line O and conducting various control are electrically connected to each other through a power supply line P, an output line O and a grounding line G. The control part 10 is provided with an output current changing means 12 for changing the current value Io of the output line O, and failure determination is made according to a differenceΔVOE of sensor output VOE before and after the current value Io of the output line O is changed by the output current changing means 12.
