PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of parts and to facilitate maintenance and inspection. SOLUTION: A housing 3 is disposed between left and right wheels 1, 1, an exciting pole 4 common to left and right rotors is disposed in the center of the housing 3, a rotor 5 rotating through one wheel 1 is disposed on one side of the exciting pole 4, a rotor 5 rotating through the other wheel 1 is disposed on the other side of the exciting pole 4, and a speed increasing mechanism 6 is disposed contiguously to each rotor 5.
