PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a hinge device only by fitting a precomposed part without incorporating a large number of constitutive members into a body of a machine body such as a portable telephone by an engaging fitting composition body for pivoting a cover. SOLUTION: A shaft rod 15 loadable in an opening-closing holding hinge device of a collapsible apparatus is successively inserted into a second disk 13, a sliding disk 12B, a coil spring 14 and a cylindrical body 12A of a first disk 12 to be integrally constituted in a slipping-out preventive state. When opening and closing the opening-closing holding hinge device, the sliding disk 12B of the first disk 12 for engaging and fitting an engaging fitting projection part 12b with and to an engaging fitting recessed place 13b of the second disk 13 moves rightward against resiliency of the coil spring 14 by using an engaging fitting space S so that a second member B is held in an opening position since the engaging fitting projection part 12b fits to the other engaging fitting recessed place 13b.
