ADHESIVE CONTAINED IN CASE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An adhesive contained in a case, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the reliability and the merchant-ability of the adhesive by allowing the clear appearance of the adhesive to be maintained for the opening of the case. CONSTITUTION: A content such as an adhesive contained in a case(10) is formed so that the distal end thereof is projected over the distal end of the case across a desired height and the corners of the content are chamfered off. An apparatus for manufacturing the adhesive comprises a content guide part(110), and a finishing part. The guide part helps the case to be fitted in the apparatus for allowing the adhesive to be charged in the case. The guide part forms an inclined surface shaping device for chamfering the corners of the adhesive. The finishing part serves to remove the adhesive coagulated within the content guide part. The finishing part comprises a widthwise first cylinder, a downward moving second cylinder, and a content remove member.
