PURPOSE: A door inside handle mounting structure is provided to isolate inflow of wind and noise by preventing a gap due to deformation of a mounting hole, thereby supplying amiable indoor environment. CONSTITUTION: A door inside handle mounting structure includes a spacer(20) to support a mounting hole part(4) of a door trim(3) at a door inner panel(5), wherein the spacer is positioned between an outline part of the mounting hole part and the door inner panel for forming a support wall(21) following the outline part of the mounting hole and having a space part at the center, and a mounting bracket(25) is protruded at the door inner panel to be coupled to the door inner panel by a screw(29).
