PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress HC discharge due to phenomenon of pushing out HC without increase in canister volume and in quantity of heat accumulator. SOLUTION: A purge connector (negative pressure applied portion) 8 and a charge connector (evaporation fuel introducing portion) 9 are provided at one end of an air passage 7a of a container 7 filled with absorbents 12, 13 including activated carbon, and a drain connector (portion opened to atmosphere) 10 is provided at the other end 7b. The specific heat of the absorbent 13 on the side opened to atmosphere is set to be relatively larger than the absorbent 12.
