PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler in which a structure of the boiler is simplified and the number of manufacturing steps of the boiler is reduced. SOLUTION: This boiler is constructed such that flat hollow members 2 for performing a heat exchanging operation for fluid to be heated are formed, and a predetermined number of flat hollow members 2 are arranged in their thickness direction to form a heat exchanging system 1.
