PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier/air conditioner which can deal with an air conditioning load under various weather conditions and can sustain optimal temperature and humidity in a room throughout the cooling season. SOLUTION: The dehumidifier/air conditioner comprises a moisture absorber having decicant absorbing moisture in the air being processed and regenerated with regenerating air, a heat pump employing the air being processed as a low heat source and the regenerating air as a high heat source, means for detecting the humidity of a space supplied with the air being processed to which moisture is adsorbed, means for detecting the temperature in the space, and a sensible heat ratio increasing/decreasing means operated based on a humidity detected by the humidity detecting means and a temperature detected by the temperature detecting means.
