PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet laser device in which the number of optical parts can be reduced, costs can be reduced, and continuous oscillation can be efficiently realized. SOLUTION: This solid laser device is provided with solid laser crystal 14 doped with rare earth element ion, a resonator in which the solid laser crystal 14 is arranged, and a laser diode 11 having a GaN system active layer for emitting a laser beam 10 for exciting the solid laser crystal 14. In this case, the solid laser crystal 14 is formed of non-linear optical crystal having a cyclic domain inverting structure 14c, and provided with a function for waveform converting a solid laser beam 30 into an ultraviolet ray 31. |
