PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, in a projection type lamp equipment, light projected from a light source and reflected by a lower part of a reflector is shielded by a shade and therefore that part of the light cannot be used efficiently. SOLUTION: A projection type lamp equipment for vehicle includes a reflector 3 using a part of ellipse shape having light source on its first focus, an aspheric surface lens 4 in front of the light source, and a shade 5 for obtaining light distribution property as a lamp equipment mounted near the second focus of the reflector. A reflection process 6 is provided in the light source side of the shade in order to reflect the reflected light from the lower half part of the reflector to the upper half part of the reflector. Also, the shade part performing the reflection process has a convex shape in the light source side, and the shade part performing the reflection process has the second focus as its center and a sphere shape in the light source side. |
