PURPOSE: A photosensitive medium scanning line monitoring apparatus and a color image forming apparatus adapting the same are provided to easily monitor the gaps of scanning lines developed on a photosensitive medium and be compatibly used in setting various sizes of color image forming apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive medium scanning line monitoring apparatus includes a fixed bracket(50) having a follower(51) extended in direction of a photosensitive medium and a through hole(52) formed in direction of the follower; an assembly bracket installed to be liftable to the follower, having a screw coupling groove(62) corresponding to the through hole, light emitting parts(71) throwing a light to the photosensitive medium, and an imaging part imaging a scanning line image shined by the light; and a position adjusting screw(55) passing through the through hole and coupled with the screw coupling groove.
