PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the depth of discharge with high precision in a short time, in application to the adjuster of a battery mounted on, for example, a motor car, concerning a battery adjuster and a method of adjusting a battery. SOLUTION: The battery is discharged by lightening the discharge current of the battery in order, thereby adjusting the voltage of the battery so as to be roughly the specified voltage.
