PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the point at issue that the place of a hook for a safety belt with the beam transfer and movement of an operator must be changed and the safety of the operator in the case of the change is ensured in the steel- frame erection for a building. SOLUTION: The installation device 1 for the master ropes for the safety belt has at least a cylindrical body 2 installed at a position, where the master ropes for the safety belt are crossed mutually, and movably inserted to the master ropes 21 while being connected to a hook for the safety belt, a direction changing means 14, into which the cylindrical body 2 is led from the master rope and which changes the direction of the cylindrical body 2 and leads out the cylindrical body 2 to another master rope, and a master-rope supporting means 7 rotatably supporting the direction changing means 14 while clamping each end section of the crossed master ropes and being disposed in upright at the crossed section.
