PURPOSE: A local data link circuit pack of a full electronic exchange is provided to accommodate four links having a transmission rate of 155.520M bps by mapping 2048 channels to a payload of STM(Synchronous Transmission Mode)-1 frame as more than double. CONSTITUTION: A clock input unit(10) generates a predetermined clock by connecting to time switch. A TD bus interface unit(12) performs an interfacing function in data transmission by connecting to TSLP. An interface unit(14) constitutes a driver chip and a receiver chip, and is connected to TSMA PCNA. A local signal junction unit(16) is connected to the clock input unit(10) and the TD bus interface unit(12), respectively, and performs a serial/parallel data conversion, IPC FIFO control, and an address generation. A PLL(Phase Locked Loop(18)) is connected to the local signal junction unit(16). A memory unit(20) for storing temporarily IPC and voice data is connected to the interface unit(14).
