GDMO MODEL FOR FORMING AND MANAGING CDMA CHANNEL

PURPOSE: A GDMO(Guidelines for the Definition of Managed Object) model for forming and managing a CDMA channel is provided to allow a BSM(Base Station Manager) to manage the channel of management elements of a CDMA network via a Q3 interface. CONSTITUTION: A management element class(1) that points out the BSM is located at the highest level. A bscFuntion class(2) and a btsFunction class(3) have a hierarchial form. The bscFunction class(2) and btsFunction class(3) distinguish functions of a BSC(Base Station Controller) and a BTS(Base Transceiver Subsystem) from each other. A CDMA channel class(4) having traffic channel information and a sector class(6) are located below the btsFunction class(3). A traffic channel class(5) is located below the CDMA channel class(4). A used CDMA channel class(7) and a neighbor list class(8) are located below the sector class(6). An access channel(9), a paging channel(10) and a PSC(PCS Switching Center) channel are located below the used CDMA channel class(7).
