PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit which can carry out offset correction by an automatic calibration process. SOLUTION: An operational amplifier 10 of the integrated circuit includes transistors 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d, and 18e, some of which are positioned in isolated wells in the substrate. Those transistors provide controlled current paths. A programmable calibration circuit of the integrated circuit responds to a digital value. The programmable calibration circuit provides at least one back gate bias voltage for at least one of the isolated wells in the board and/or adjusts the impedance of the transistors providing the controlled current paths. The level of the back gate bias voltage and the impedance adjustment quantity are determined according to the digital value. |
