PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in convenience concerning a dubbing device having a high speed dubbing limit function according to HCMS managing rules. SOLUTION: This dubbing device is provided with the high speed dubbing limit function for inhibiting next high-speed dubbing before the lapse of prescribed time from prescribed timing, when high-speed dubbing is executed, concerning a track, where the high-speed dubbing is executed according to the prescribed dubbing managing rules. Namely, this device manages dubbing operation. Further, the present conditions of dubbing management can be displayed. |
