PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a heating tower 42 in which an outside air temperature is restricted often uses a preliminary heater 45 to produce an increase in running cost, or if it is attempted to effectively use atmospheric heat as it stands, the heat transfer area of a heating tower 45 is greatly increased to produce an increase in installation cost. SOLUTION: A liquefied gas vaporizer 10 comprises an evaporation pipe 11 in which LNG flows, a housing 12 for encircling the evaporation pipe 11 with air tightness, a blower 13 for circulating an air in the housing 12 between the upstream side and the downstream side of the evaporation pipe 11, first heating means 14 for heating a low-temperature air, returned from the upstream side to the downstream side of the evaporation pipe 11 via the blower 13, using a brine B containing atmospheric heat, and second heating means 15 for heating gas, vaporized via the air heated by the first heating means 14 and carried from the evaporation pipe 11 to the outside of the housing 12, using a hot water. |
