PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a heat generating electronic element and a radiator by which the radiator and heat generating electronic element can be connected easily and conveniently, the number of working/manufacturing steps be reduced through simplifying of the structure, and the heat radiation efficency be appropriately realized by thinning the projection. SOLUTION: The assembling plate of the radiator is provided with a number of projecting engaging members, which can penetrate the assembling hole of the heat radiating plate or directly penetrate the assembling hole provided in a circuit plate having the heat generating electronic element by an engaging body formed in the engaging member. In addition, the engaging member is also provided with a coupling rod, which penetrates the assembling hole formed in the circuit plate having the heat generating electronic element by means of a coupling column provided with the engaging body and is engaged with it. The coupling of the engaging body can be tight by providing a replusive member to the engaging member, thus obtaining a higher efficiency of thermal conduction. |
