PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, the number of work processes and the cost by integrally forming a correction lens section and other parts and to reduce the weight. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a deflection correcting means which corrects deflection by moving in the direction that is normal to the optical axis of an optical system. The means is provided with a correcting lens section 1A which corrects deflection and a supporting section 1 which supports the section 1A, as components. The sections 1A and 1 are integrally formed employing the same material.
