PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine-oil pump device capable of forming a bulkhead between a scavenging pump and a feed pump by a simple plate material while ensuring the sealing ability, and thereby being compact and preventing the leakage of oil. SOLUTION: A plate partition member 36 formed with a through-hole 36a loosely fittable with a pump shaft 34 is formed between a pump room of the scavenging pump 30 and pump room of the feed ump 32. On one side of the feed pump 32 side of the plate partition member 36, a thrust washer 38 is arranged in an annular recessed part 36b as an oil-leakage preventing member for preventing the oil from leaking from the feed pump 32 to the scavenging pump 30 side.
