PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving key top of which the light accumulation capacity of a light accumulation part built in the key top is sharply improved while its display visibility is improved as well. SOLUTION: Each of key tops 10 formed by twice injection molding and allowed to be used for a portable telephone set or the like is integrally constituted of a 1st injection molding part 12 formed by the 1st injection molding and a 2nd injection molding part 14 formed on the 1st injection molding part 12 by 2nd injection molding using transparent resin. A character, a symbol, etc., are displayed on the surface of the 1st injection molding part 12 which is a joint surface with the 2nd injection molding part 14 and a conductive part 13 is formed on the side face of the 1st injection molding part 12, which is formed of resin containing a fluorescent material having a light accumulation property.
