PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooding preventive sheet wall structure capable of easily damming up a passage in a short time by manual work and becoming a strong structure in a waterproof sheet arranged in a passage port of a structure. SOLUTION: A pit 3 is formed on a floor surface 2 of a passage port 1 of a structure; the waterproof sheet 4 capable of cutting off a passage is divided into a central part sheet 4a watertightly fixed to a pit bottom surface and an edge part sheet 4b watertightly fixed to a passage side wall; an edge part of the central part sheet 4a and the edge part sheet 4b are detachably arranged by a watertight fastener 10; and an upper part of the central part sheet 4a is moored to the prescribed height by a tensioning mechanism. Thus, the waterproof sheet 4 is usually housed in the pit 3 and a wall surface recessed part 1a by being divided into the central part sheet 4a and the edge part sheet 4b, and since pulled-out both are joined by the watertight fastener 10 in emergency, a waterproof sheet wall can be easily formed, and can also be inexpensively arranged in a structure.
