PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to hold a sleeve used for passing through electric wiring, water service pipe, piping for gas pipe and piping for air conditioning equipment or boring a through-hole into beam, wall, slab or the like for ventilation or the like to the form without using any adhesive when a concrete structure is constructed and to realize an expansible sleeve facilitating expansion control and its holding method. SOLUTION: A cover section 7 with a center hole 8 is provided to the front end of a cylinder 6 capable of inserting the end of the sleeve 1, caps 4 and 5 formed on a spiral slope are provided to the other end 9, and the side wall of the sleeve 1 inserting the end in the caps 4 and 5 is the expansible sleeve formed by fixing secrews 2, 3 and, etc., coming into contact with the spiral slopes 9 and 9.
