PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional frequency divider circuit, that it requires large current consumption because many gate circuits are required to set a plurality of frequency division ratios resulting in increased circuit configuration. SOLUTION: An OR circuit OR 2 is provided between a master circuit 12a and a solve circuit 12b configuring a DFF 2, and an output signal from a master circuit 14a can be fed back to the OR circuit OR 2. Since logical processing is executed even before the slave circuit 12b, the frequency divider circuit that can select 1/4 frequency division, 1/5 frequency division and 1/6 frequency division can be realized with a simple configuration by only adding the OR circuit OR 2 and the master circuit 14a to the frequency divider circuit.
