PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the attitude of a projector unit independently or synthetically in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the inclination direction, to perform adjustment of the state of a screen and enlargement or reduction of a picture, and to easily perform such adjustment work by a remote control. SOLUTION: This device is comprised of a swinging base 3 which can be inclined in an arbitrary position or is vertically moved in parallel by first to third height adjustment mechanisms 151 to 153, a base stand 1 which supports the swinging base so that it can be moved in the longitudinal direction, and a rotating base 2 which rotates the swinging base with an arbitrary position on the base stand as the fulcrum. The distortion of a picture can be adjusted in a single direction by first to third height adjustment handles 14a, 14b, and 14c which bias the bases in one direction independently of moving or rotatable directions, a longitudinal adjustment handle 15, and a rotation adjustment handle 16. The handles are driven by the motor of an adjustment unit 300, and this motor is remotely controlled.
