Heating apparatus comprises heating panel with steel panel (3) having lower radiating side directed towards ground, and upper side covered with first isolating enamel layer. First layer is covered by second enamel layer in which rectangular grooves are engraved. Grooves form three distinct tracks (5, 6, 7) filled with graphite paste, and form 3 distinct electric resistors coming directly in contact with first enamel layer.
