PURPOSE: To realize both control of discharge capacity of a compressor for maintaining stability of a room temperature without being affected by a thermal load condition in an evaporator, and quick change of the discharge capacity followed by return after the change at high load of a driving source of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A control valve 46 is provided with an operation rod 53 which is sensitive to a differential pressure (PdH-PdL) between two pressure monitoring points P1 and P2 set to a refrigerant circulating circuit. In the control valve 46, openings of air supply passages 42, 44 are autonomously adjusted by a valve part 56 of the operation rod 53 so as to maintain a target value of the differential pressure (PdH-PdL) between the two points determined by electromagnetic force F from a solenoid part 52.
