SWITCHING POWER CONVERTER OF TWO LEVELS

PURPOSE: A switching power converter of two levels is provided to stabilize an output voltage level of the secondary side of a transformer by fixing a duty rate of a semiconductor switch connected with the primary side of the transformer and controlling a level of a direct current voltage applied to the first side. CONSTITUTION: A voltage level control portion(210) is used for controlling a power factor by switching an input voltage(V1) and controlling a size of the input voltage(V1). A switching portion(220) is used for converting the output voltage(V2) to a square wave voltage by switching the output voltage(V2) of the voltage level control portion(210). The first control portion(230) generates a switching pulse and controls a switching operation of the switching portion(220). A transformer(240) is used for inducing the square wave voltage to the secondary side by transforming the square wave voltage of the primary side. An output portion(250) is used for rectifying the voltage of the second side. The first feedback portion(260) is used for detecting current of the first side and feeding back the detected current. The second voltage level control portion(270) is used for detecting an output voltage the voltage level control portion(210).
