PURPOSE: An infrared ray radiator irradiating infrared rays downward is provided to cook or dry food by heating an infrared ray radiating pallet in an infrared ray radiating pallet assembly on a central support pipe after placing the food on a radiator. CONSTITUTION: Heat is applied to in an infrared ray radiator having an infrared ray radiating pallet assembly. The electric infrared ray radiating pallets are heated to radiating infrared rays downward. Food(85,86) on a radiator is cooked while dropping waste oil(87) downward. Herein, a reducer having a horizontal surface instrument is used. Therefore, the waste oil generated in cooked food is dropped to a waste oil pan while radiating infrared rays. Therefore, the accumulation of fat in a human body is prevented. Moreover, a material having an adsorbing effect is formed in a pallet type in a pallet container while being mixed with an infrared ray radiating pallet. Therefore, odor is eliminated by the adsorbing effect.
