摘要 PURPOSE: A method for predicting microstructure of a plate steel product is provided to ultimately predict tensile strength by accurately predicting the microstructure of a steel sheet which is manufactured by reheating a plate slab, rolling and air cooling the reheated plate slab. CONSTITUTION: In a method for predicting microstructure and tensile strength after cold rolling a plate steel product, the method for predicting microstructure of a plate steel product comprises grain growth predicting step of predicting austenitic grain growth during reheating of the plate steel product; recrystallization fraction predicting step of dynamic recrystallization fraction, static recrystallization fraction and non-recrystallization fraction during rolling of the plate steel product; and transformation behavior predicting step of fractions of each phases and ferrite particle sizes when austenitic crystalline phase of the plate steel product is transformed according to the temperature descending during rolling.
