PURPOSE: A voltage level shift circuit having high current driving capacity and high output voltage level is provided to produce a differential voltage corresponding to a reference voltage using a differential amplifier while controlling the level of the differential voltage with an extra control signal. CONSTITUTION: In the voltage level shift circuit, an input unit having a differential structure(300) receives a reference voltage from a reference voltage generator and the ground voltage as the first and second input voltages(INN,INP). An input load(310) is connected to the input unit(300). A signal converter(320) converts the differential signals from the input unit(300) into a single signal. An output unit(330) responds to the single signal from the signal converter(320) and sends the differential voltages to the first and the second differential voltage output terminals(OUTN,OUTP). A common mode feedback unit(340) responds to the output unit(330) and the differential control signals(CN,CP) and controls the differential voltage range of the output unit(330).
