APPARATUS FOR CLAMPING HEADER AND TANK OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for clamping a header and a tank is provided to reduce compression force according to bending of a header tap in connecting the header and the tank, and to prevent leakage by inequality of connecting force of the header and the tank. CONSTITUTION: A header and a tank clamping apparatus(110) of a heat exchanger contains a frame(101) having support units(102,103) vertically supporting a lower face of the header by being separated with a specific interval. A transferring table(211) moves forward and backward by a second transferring unit(220) to both sides frames of the heat exchanger supported by the support units. A support block(241) is vertically reciprocate-carried by a first transferring unit(230) while being mounted on the transferring table. A first header tap banding unit(200) contains a banding disk(250) to bend a header tap(11) by being mounted on the support block. Moreover, the pressurizing unit(400) pressurizes a tank to the header by being formed on an upper face of the heat exchanger. A second header tap bending unit(300) is mounted on an end of the heat exchanger to bend the header tap.
