The device provides reversible action for moving gear selection components under electronic control. The control assembly for a robot-controlled gearbox comprises at least one actuator (A1) for shifting or selecting gears, and a power electronics unit for controlling the actuator. The actuator comprises an electric motor (M1) and a system (ST1) for transforming the rotation movement of the motor output shaft into a linear movement which is transmitted to an output element (T1). The movement transformation is achieved by a threaded shaft (10) which is driven via toothed wheels (12) by the motor, and a travelling element (15) running on the threaded shaft and fastened to the movement transmission device (DT1).
