PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor speed controller that eliminates uneven rotation of a motor at low speed by changing the driving voltage of the motor at low speed to a value lower than that at high speed without performing PWM control. SOLUTION: The motor speed controller is provided with a main power supply 15 that outputs a voltage of 38 V, a step-down power circuit 16 that is fed with the output of the main power supply and outputs a voltage of 24 V, a switch 18A that is, when supplied with an on command signal Von1, turned on to supply a motor 1 with the output voltage of the main power supply 15, a switch 18B that is, when supplied with an on command signal Von2, turned on to supply the motor with the output voltage of the step-down power circuit 16 as a driving voltage, and a command signal generating means 17 that supplies the switch 18A with an on command signal Von1 when the rotational speed of the motor is not less than a preset value and supplies the switch 18B with an on command signal Von2 when the rotational speed of the motor is less than the preset value. |
