PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated device which includes a memory storing data having a plurality of bits and can rewrite the number of optional bits in the data with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a memory part 1 having a plurality of data input wires for inputting data D0 to D7 having a plurality of bits in each bit and a plurality of enabling signal input wires for inputting an enabling signal allowing data writing in each bit and a gate array part 2 which supplies a 1st enabling signal allowing n pieces of bits writing of data to a corresponding enabling signal input wire according to a 1st control signal A (n is a natural number), supplies a 2nd enabling signal allowing m pieces of bits writing of the data to a corresponding enabling signal input wire according to a 2nd control signal B (m is a natural number) and outputs the 1st and 2nd enabling signals according to a 3rd control signal C. |
