PURPOSE: A method for processing service in a mobile communication system is provided to make a mobile station offer the service smoothly in case that an existing network is used with a new network in the system. CONSTITUTION: When a mobile communication terminal(1) sets up a call via the existing network, a base station controller(12) processes a general originating call. A switching center(13) transmits a feat request signal to an HLR(Home Location Register)(30). The HLR(30) checks the feat request signal received from the switching center(13), and sends a response signal to the switching center(13). The switching center(13) sets a flag, and reports a busy state to the base station controller(12). A base station(11) receives the busy state, and then performs a subscriber repair operation. NDSS(Network Direct Selection System) information between the existing network and the HLR(30) is processed. |
