摘要 |
PURPOSE: To transmit a digital signal at high speed through a signal line with a high load capacity. CONSTITUTION: The signal transmission circuit transmits a signal synchronously with a clock signal that repeats an H and an L level representing a preparation period and a transmission period respectively. A transmission circuit 100 has a transmission capacitor 101, an input switch 102 that sets a voltage in response to an input digital signal to the transmission capacitor 101 by each preparation period, and a transmission switch 103 that produces a very small voltage change in response to the voltage of the transmission capacitor to a signal line 30 by each transmission period. A reception circuit 200 has an inverter 305 of a CMOS configuration, a reception capacitor 201 that is interposed between an input terminal and an output terminal of the inverter, an equalizing switch 204 that short-circuits the input terminal and the output terminal of the inverter so as to set a voltage of the signal line to a prescribed voltage by each preparation period, and a latch 310 that logically amplifies a voltage at the output terminal of the inverter so as to supply an output digital signal for each transmission period and latches the output for each preparation period.
