摘要 PURPOSE: A system for controlling erosion of furnace wall and bottom temperature at hearth of a blast furnace is provided to stabilize operation conditions of the blast furnace, improve productivity and extend life cycle of the blast furnace by promptly reacting the change of conditions in the bottom and removing factors for the shape change of the bottom of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a process computer for easily confirming annular flow and fluid-permeability of molten materials in the bottom part of a blast furnace with the naked eye; a plurality of thermocouples for detecting a temperature of the side wall, wherein the thermocouples are installed at the corner part of the hearth wall fourth step thermocouple; and a plurality of thermocouples for detecting a temperature of the bottom, wherein thermocouples are installed at the hearth bottom fourth step, wherein the change of rapid temperature increase is automatically controlled at an instrumentation signal communication controller by transmitting the temperatures detected from the thermocouples to the process computer, wherein the shift of a circumferential temperature change is shown on a screen of the process computer by calculating temperatures of the hearth bottom of each areas and dividing an average temperature of the hearth wall circumferential corner into an average temperature of the hearth bottom center so that an operator can confirm the shift of the circumferential temperature change with the naked eye at a proper time, and wherein constant heat controlling of the temperature is maintained according to the statistics of the graph so as to check to which direction the flow of molten materials inside the furnace is tilted as the results of changes of average temperatures of 4 thermocouples at the hearth bottom and 4 thermocouples at the hearth wall.
