PURPOSE: A radio telex control device is provided to receive and transmit a message transmitted between an outgoing side and an incoming side upon a radio telex service using a terminal having a communication function such as a PC in a network of providing a radio telex service. CONSTITUTION: In a radio telex control device, a signal matching unit(305) matches a signal to be sent and a received signal with a receiving device to output the matched signal. A channel serial interface unit(304) converts an input parallel data to a serial data to provide to the signal matching unit, or convert the serial data provided in the signal matching unit to a parallel data to output the converted data. A host interface unit(306) performs a communication with a communication terminal located in an external. A channel keying unit(308) controls a transmission of a carrier using a signal transmitted in the signal matching unit upon a radio network connection. A center processing part(303) controls the operations of the signal matching unit, the channel serial interface unit and the channel keying unit.
