PURPOSE: A method for remotely controlling a system via a SMSC(Short Message Service Center) is provided to inform that an error occurs in the system, and perform a recover operation according to a system analysis and an analysis result. CONSTITUTION: When an alarm message is generated(200), it is transmitted to a mobile terminal of a system manager periodically by predetermined times(210). The system manager tries to connect to a target system where the error occurs(220). An authentication procedure of the system manager is performed(230). If the authentication procedure is successful(240), system status information is requested to an EMSE(External Short Message Entity Agent)(250,260). A message is sent from the target system to the mobile terminal of the system manager(270). The transmitted message is checked and analyzed(280). A script registered in the system is activated(290). The recover operation is performed according to the contents of the message(300,301).
