PURPOSE: A structure of a bumper for a vehicle is provided to protect a vehicle body and pedestrians at the same time by dually installing a high foam absorber and a low foam absorber between a bumper cover and a supporting beam. CONSTITUTION: A bumper cover(20) is installed at the lower end of a panel(10) and a supporting beam(30) is installed in the bumper cover to protect a vehicle body in case of a collision. A high foam absorber(22) is placed between the bumper cover and the supporting beam. At that time, the installation cross section of the supporting beam is minimized to place a low foam absorber(24) between the high foam absorber and the supporting beam. Thus, collision energy is triply absorbed to protect the vehicle body and a pedestrian at the same time.
