PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductive writing head capable of reducing popcorn noise in a reading part and at the same time enhancing an overwriting performance and to provide a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The inductive writing head is composed of a first pole 82 made of a soft magnetic material, a base plate 92 made of a material having high moment and low magnetic deformation and formed on the first pole 82 and a second pole 94 made of a soft magnetic material and separated from the base plate 92 by a gap 96A.
