PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of shutting off fluid and fluid vapor having a connecting member to conned a series of wires passing through holes formed in a plug. SOLUTION: Each wire is cut, an insulating portion of which is peeled, and attached to a connecting member in a hole to construct a secure solid barrier and maintain electrical integrity of connection. After that, the connection assembly and the insulating portions are over-molded with appropriate fluid resistance material or plastic resin to shut off and remove fluid leakage and fluid vapor movement more securely.
