PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide form materials for a concrete vertical placing joint, which can be formed surely by a mechanical engaging mechanism, lightening the form materials. SOLUTION: A sheet material 1 is stuck on the internal surface of a sheathing board 8 in placing-joint forms 7 for placing old concrete 6. The sheet material 1 can maintain a projecting shape to concrete lateral pressure, and is composed of materials capable of being ruptured in the case of mold release. Since conical recessed sections and grooves are formed to old concrete 6 and the engaging area of new and old concrete is expanded, adhesion is increased, and a cutoff effect is also improved. Since new concrete is moved along the angles of inclination of cones even when bubbles enter into the recessed sections in the case of the placing of new concrete and the grooves are connected, bubbles are difficult to remain on a placing joint surface.
